By donating to Bellarine Community Health this End of Financial Year (EOFY), you will create a lasting difference.
This EOFY we are raising critical funds for our Community Nursing & Palliative Care teams who work tirelessly to support members of the community in need, in their place of comfort.
Funds raised will enhance our ability to continue supporting people in the community.
A $40 donation covers the costs associated with a 30 minute Community Nursing visit. An $87 donation will cover the fuel costs for approximately 13 Community Nurse visits around the Bellarine. A $154 donation will support the purchasing on an automatic Blood Pressue Monitor.
