Bellarine Community Health (BCH) Community Nurses & Palliative Care Nurses work tirelessly to support members of the community in need, in their place of comfort.

But we’ve never faced a challenge quite like this.

Now more than ever, our nurses are under immense pressure to keep up with the continuing demand and as you are aware, this will only become more difficult as coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread.

While members of the public are urged to practice social distancing, our nurses are on the front-line, continuing to visit clients in their home and providing them the necessary care they require, albeit taking precautionary measures.

Although COVID-19 has placed increased pressures on BCH services as a whole, we are asking you to help to support those most in need and create a lasting difference for your local community.​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​ ​​​
