Bellarine Community Health's Youth Health and Wellbeing Team provides physical and emotional support for your people and their families aged between 12-25 years.

Our services include Counselling, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Dental Health Services, GP's and Nurses of which most are provided free of charge (medications or specific dentistry work may require charges). 

Bellarine Community Health provides these services to allow young people to access health care in a considerate and confidential manner, no matter their circumstances. 

We thank you for your support which allows us to continue the great work our clinicians provide and the amount of young people we see.
