Since 2009, Bloom Asia has been committed to equipping young women who have experienced severe exploitation to find lasting freedom through education, employment & empowerment. So far, more than 200 girls have found holistic healing, hope and purpose at our centre in Cambodia.

The famous saying ‘Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and feed him for a lifetime'  encompasses the empowering nature of the Bloom training programme. This provides the opportunity for these young women to rise above their circumstances and take control of their own destiny. 

Sustainable employment is often the only way to protect women who have suffered abuse and human rights violations from further exploitation. Through the Bloom social enterprises, every Bloom graduate is offered a full-time position where they can continue their learning whilst earning a sustainable income.
