The Buderim Foundation is one of a growing number of community foundations in Australia serving its local population.

It is Trustee for two trusts; The Buderim Foundation Open Trust, featured on this page, and The Buderim Foundation Public Trust

The Foundation gathers donations and bequests, invests them on behalf of the community, and distributes the income earned from invested funds as grants for community projects. The capital (donations and bequests) in the Trusts may not be distributed as grants. It remains invested to provide income to fund future grants

Grants are awarded annually to not-for-profit organisations working in the local community for its betterment and for the welfare of its citizens, both present and future.

Applications for grants go through a formal application procedure which applies rigid criteria for selecting projects to be funded.

Successful projects are announced publicly, and may be viewed on the Foundation’s website www.buderimfoundation.org.au

Buderim Foundation Ltd Open Trust

This Trust accepts non-tax-deductible donations, and makes grants to community organizations which do NOT have deductible gift recipient status (DGR) under Australian tax law. You may donate to this Trust on this page.

Buderim Foundation Ltd Public Trust
