Kenya Health was founded by Lyle Burgoyne, a registered nurse and midwife from Murwillumbah, NSW, with a simple but powerful vision — that everyone deserves access to basic healthcare.
Today, Kenya Health provides vital medical care to women, children, and families in communities where access to healthcare is extremely limited. Their dedicated volunteers treat anyone who walks through the clinic doors — often the only option for medical support for many.
Beyond immediate care, Kenya Health is committed to long-term change. By providing medicine, treatment, and education, they empower communities to build healthier, more independent futures.
One of the most urgent needs is the completion of tiling at the Piave clinic. This simple upgrade will transform the space into a clean, hygienic, all-weather medical facility — enabling year-round care and creating a safe environment for health and education retreats.
The Rotary Club of Mt Warning AM has proudly supported Kenya Health for many years. Our members have travelled to Kenya to assist in clinics, deliver essential medication, and provide health education. We also support girls and women with sanitary kits, helping them stay in school and maintain dignity each month.
Through our “Buy a Tile” campaign, you can be part of this life-changing work.
Your support will help:
• Complete the clinic flooring for safer, more hygienic care
• Provide sanitary kits for girls and women
• Supply cookware for community retreats and training
• Fund computers to support education and opportunity
Every $30 tile is more than just a piece of flooring — it’s a step towards dignity, health, and hope for an entire community.
