Here at CALD2LEAD, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. We founded CALD2LEAD in 2019 determined to make an impact for Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. The core of our efforts is to work with CALD communities and fund their emerging and existing female leaders into high calibre leadership development programs via scholarships.

CALD2LEAD matches the needs of new and emerging leaders with appropriate leadership courses. Help us sponsor Youna Kim to undertake the Diploma of Governance from the Institute of Community Directors Australia. Youna is a Board Director with Lucy's Project and passionate about improving outcomes for people with animals experiencing domestic and family violence and abuse.
