Cat Haven is Western Australia’s largest cat welfare shelter, taking in 8000+ unwanted, stray, neglected, injured or sick cats every year, and rehoming over 7000+ cats a year into loving homes. We are often caring for over 300 cats at once and as it costs $28 a day to keep a cat at Cat Haven, this can equate to over $8000 a day to run the shelter when we are full. As a charity, we rely on public and corporate donations for 98.5% of our funds. We are passionate about cats and we are committed to saving them and improving cat welfare in WA.
