Nalandra is the first centre of the Australian International Vajrayana Buddhist Institute. The Institute was envisaged by His Eminence Zimo'g Rinpoche VI, who is the spiritual director and CEO.
The centre aims to promote an unbounded religious approach to teaching and practices of the Buddha dharma, with a special focus on the Tibetan Buddhist traditions. Our main Guru/Supreme leader is His Holiness 41st Sakya Trichen and His Holiness 42nd Sakya Trizin (throne holder).
