We have a proven success record, with ten years of experience. The positive impact of CGQ's efforts in 2021 is embodied in a high tenancy sustainment rate of 84%. Moreover, some of our tenants significantly recovered from their previous hardships and embarked on a new life path: They obtained employment and developed social bonds; reintegrated into the local community. CGQ success is not exclusively embodied in stats, though, it is expressed in a feeling our tenants have not felt for long periods.
