Thank you for visiting our secure donations page! One Meal - Northern Beaches Co-op is 100% volunteer run, so every dollar donated goes to providing good quality food relief directly to disadvantaged, vulnerable and at-risk families and individuals on the Northern Beaches.

Right now you can prevent someone going hungry as we experience a marked increase in people seeking urgent support due to various factors including Covid, floods, the increasing cost of living and war, which are all impacting our local community, making life even more difficult for already-vulnerable people.

And, if you'd like to consider making a difference throughout the year, we'd love to welcome you to join our invaluable regular donors. 

A regular donation of just $1 per day or $30 per month will provide a weekly hamper delivery of fresh fruit & veggies for a whole month to an individual or family doing it tough. 

Our clients include people struggling with homelessness; mental or physical disabilities; drug and alcohol recovery challenges; social isolation and mobility issues; victims of domestic violence; foster families; social housing tenants; and more recently, families struggling with loss of income due to Covid or just struggling to keep up with the increasing cost of living. 

Some examples of where your donation will go -

• $7 provides one hamper full of fresh fruit & veggies to a family in need; $1 per day or $30 a month provides fresh food for the whole month)
• $10 will provide nutritious breakfasts for 10 kids who would otherwise go to school on an empty tummy
• $30 provides the ingredients for a huge pot of hot stew that will nourish many hungry patrons at our community meals services
• $75 enables us to get 200kgs of fresh fruit & veg from one of our food donor sponsors, and contributes to 150 hampers being packed & delivered 
• $100 will cover the costs of one of our free community dinner services (feeding approx. 80 people each week)
• $500 contributes to the cost of rego and an annual service for our little delivery van - a necessity to ensure reliable delivery of over 100,000 meals each year
