Every hour a court is in session, our volunteers support someone in crisis - 71 times, every single hour.
They sit with a mother who doesn't understand why her children might not come home. They help a father find his courtroom when he's too distressed to ask for directions. They stay with a grandmother who has no one else.
They do this for free. And they do it because no one should face court alone.
But this critical service within the Family Court is now under threat, unless you help us today.
Court Network has lost vital funding for our Family Court program. Without urgent financial support, we will be forced to withdraw our services for the people who need them most.
Going to court is often daunting, distressing, and overwhelming – particularly without legal representation. Court users with matters in the Family Court frequently face additional complexities, including custody disputes, family violence, financial or housing insecurities, or substance abuse issues.
The people who need us most – victim-survivors of family violence, parents in crisis, people with nowhere else to turn – will be left to navigate an already overwhelming system entirely alone.
Your donation today keeps our volunteers in the room.
Last year, our volunteers provided support 135,000 times. That's 135,000 moments where someone wasn't alone.
Now more than ever, we need community support to keep this program running. Please help us ensure no one has to face court alone.
Court Network is a Registered ACNC charity. All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
