Court Network

Providing information & support for people going to court

The focus of our work is on empowering and increasing the confidence of people to navigate the complex environments of the courts. For victims of crime, for people grieving the tragic death of a family member, for people with mental health issues or other disabilities, for women seeking family violence orders – being at court can be one of the most distressing days of their life.

Our mission extends to also supporting people accused of crime, and to their family members and friends who are likewise stressed and anxious about being in the court environment.

Our service is delivered by a highly-committed workforce of some 400 community volunteers (we call them ‘Networkers’) who operate in courts across Victoria and Queensland. They are professionally trained to provide the service, and commit one day a week to the great benefit of over 150,000 court users each year.

Your donation is a valuable way of helping us to help court users.

Thank you.
