I've been a supporter of River's Gift, a charity specifically focused on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), for a number of years. They're my charity of choice, and as part of my 2023 pursuit of tackling the Ironman in Copenhagen, I'm dedicating my fundraising efforts to the cause.

I have a close friendship with River's parents, Karl and Alex, and am inspired by their dedication and commitment in funding SIDS research and educating community on the key principles of infant safe sleep. Not only are they continuing to honour the incredible legacy of their little man who lost his life at only 128 days of age, but they're making an incredible impact in Stamping Out SIDS!
