Gone Fishing

After many years of physical health issues with no diagnosis, Dad was diagnosed with IBM in 2019.  As we have experienced, Inclusion Body Myositis is devastating for those affected, their loved ones and carers.  After his diagnosis, Dad agreed to participate in a research programme undertaken by the Perron Institute in WA so others do not have to suffer at the hand of this insidious disease.  We have slowly watched Dad decline over the past 5 years and lose quality of life.  We are grateful that he is now out of pain and in God's care.
