Noel and Donna established the Marjorie McIntosh Midwifery Post graduate nursing bursary in 2013 to provide opportunities for up to 8 disadvantaged nursing graduates to continue their studies, which will in turn assist South African communities who will benefit from their training and expertise.

Majorie was a pioneer in nursing and childcare in Southern Africa early in the last century.
