As a youth dance company, we don’t just support our young people to develop their dance skills, we nurture their creative and personal potential. We welcome participants from all backgrounds and connect them with inspiring professional artists.
DRILL is a not-for-profit organisation, providing accessible, high-quality dance opportunities for young Tasmanians. This includes our performance company, public contemporary dance classes, dance films, plus workshops and residencies in schools. DRILL connects professional artists with local movers through collaborative, innovative projects.
Your contribution, no matter what amount, will help ensure we can reach as many young people as possible and keep DRILL accessible into the future. With the current instability of annual state government funding in lutruwita/Tasmania, your support becomes invaluable.
Every contribution over $2 is fully tax deductible and will be acknowledged on our website for twelve months. Supporters who donate more than $250 will be acknowledged as Patrons at the following levels: Dance Enthusiast ($250+), Movement Maker ($500+), Champion ($1,000+) and Dance Legend ($2,000+).
