Creativity Inc (formerly Eastern Respite & Recreation) is a dynamic and innovative not-for-profit organisation that provides group programs and individual services to people who have a disability living in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We are seeking financial assistance to make our services even better, and to better support people with a disability to live fulfilling lives with independence and dignity.

How will the funds be used?

Creativity Inc uses funds raised to assist people with disabilities to:

• develop new skills
• access the community
• increase independent skills
• get involved in recreational activities
• develop social networks
• develop a positive role within their family and community

And their parents and carers to:

• have a break from their caring role
• develop support networks within the community
• obtain information, knowledge and new skills in support of their caring role

Key Areas of Expenditure

• to fund recreation and transportation for consumers
• to fund resourcesto use on program
• to fund ongoing administration costs across all consumer programs
