What we do:

At East Trentham Wildlife Shelter, we provide rehabilitation and compassionate care for injured, orphaned, and displaced native wildlife. Our work focuses on giving every animal the best possible chance to heal, grow strong, and return safely to the bush where they belong. Through dedicated hands-on care, community education, and advocacy for wildlife protection, we strive to create a future where Australia’s native animals are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity.

What your gift can achieve?

$10 will buy a joey a new feeding bottle and silicone feeding teat. Hungry mouths give the teats a tough time, along with thorough washing and steam sterilisation after each feed. You are fuelling a full belly and happy dreams, who knew ten bucks could be so cute?

$25 will buy our released Kangaroos and some local Wombats two dinners comprising of yummy feed hay with a side serve of pellets.

$50 will sponsor The Breakfast Club for 5 days: This is a delicious feed of pellets & milk formula served to our recently released kangaroos that still like to visit in the mornings. We also get a chance to see them and make sure they are still healthy.

$50 buys all our kangaroos and joeys in care a bag of nutritious pellets! You will keep them happily munching for 2 whole days.

$100 will buy our roos in care a whole week of luxury bedding straw! You are officially funding the fluffiest, coziest sleepovers in the bush and giving these hoppy heroes a five-star snooze.

$100 will buy our joeys 4-5 days of special milk formula. The young ones love their 3 feeds of warm milk per day!

$250.00 will help with medical consumables such as IV fluids, pain relief medicine/a vet visit/x-rays.
