Who are we?

We are a community organisation who takes walk ins and are a recognised food hub in Melbourne. We receive referrals from over 50 organisations who identify their clients as requiring benevolent relief. E-Care Vic embraces all individuals and treats everyone equally, irrespective of disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, belief and culture.

What's our impact?

In 2020, we experienced an exponential demand in our food assistance services due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We went into overdrive! With our generous donors and sacrificial volunteers, we were able to give out 1,140 toasties across 3 local schools, 2,640 food parcels to families, assisted over 7,790 individuals, provided 300 parcels to local university, given out 60 bags of blessings to volunteer neighbours, opened our care line in March 2020 offering a listening ear to people in need, assisted Asylum Seeker community with Food Parcels and Care packs and so much more!
