The Evie Grace Foundation is committed to eliminating & preventing exploitation of childrens and youths through community empowerment and educational projects throughout Kenya.
Our Projects.
We partner with Global Hope Rescue & Rehabilitation to provide more than 100 former street boys with a home, food, education, support and love.
We teach young women how to make reusable menstrual pads for their own use as well as distributing them to disadvantaged girls in the community.
We educate children on a range of Human Rights topics such as child marriage, child trafficking, equality, freedom, education and social security as well as puberty, menstruation, rape, confidence and self esteem.
Through our projects so far we have reached over 2,000 children providing them with vital education as well as rehabilitative programs and our goals are to reach many more.
Why support us?
It all starts with you, our avid reader of this, our supporter. Evie Grace Foundation’s goals cannot be realised without the generosity and support of people like you who might donate to the Foundation or attend any of our fundraising events. Without the time and effort our of our volunteers both in Australia and throughout the Kenya trips; the more you are able to see the work we are undertaking and what we are achieving, feeling connected with our cause, the greater the impact that we can make on the lives of children.
Compassion and respect underpin the work we do as these children are no different to us other than they have been born into extremely harsh conditions and need our help to provide them with basic necessities and education. We are all deserving of love and compassion regardless of where we are born or what we have experienced.
Being a small organisation of extremely committed and passionate people you can be assured that every dollar reaches the children we are supporting instead of going towards large overheads and administrative fees.
