The First Fleet Fellowship website provides historical educational content about the First Fleet and their descendants.
We have one volunteer who carefully researches and writes new articles and to add to the website. She has the support of a volunteer artist who provides sketches for use on the site.
With up to 20 000 visitors per month, we need to make sure that site is kept secure as most of the visitors are school children from every State in Australia. This requires secure hosting that can deal with the visitor numbers and size of the website, along with constant monitoring and updating of the software.
Our researcher also requires assistance from time to time with adding content to the site, adding new features and support.
Your donation will continue to help with the upkeep of our website and support our volunteer to keep updating the valuable content and receive much-needed help to do this.
