Friends of Inti Wara Yassi Australia Trust (FIWYA) supports the work of Comunidad Inti Wara Yassi (CIWY). For more than 20 years CIWY has been Bolivias leading organisation in wildlife rights and care. They work for the benefit of wildlife rescued from illegal trafficking, giving disadvantaged youth a sense of purpose through involvement with wildlife care, and educating the Bolivian public to respect wildlife.
FIWYA raises international awareness of the work of CIWY, conducts fundraising on their behalf, holds events for past and future volunteers, and formulates partnerships with Australian organisations.
100% of donations to FIWYA are provided to CIWY in Bolivia. All donations above $2 are tax deductable.
