We are a Melbourne based youth-led food rescue charity dedicated to combating food wastage and alleviating hunger. We are equally a humanitarian not-for-profit, providing emergency relief to those experiencing food insecurity and an environmental organisation committed to fighting climate change by preventing food waste. We do this by partnering with food retailers, big and small, rescuing their leftover, excess or unsold nutritional food destined for wastage and distributing it to charities in need.

We have worked with more than 90 retailers and over 95 charities in 45 suburbs across Melbourne.

Our main recipients of food relief are:

• The Homeless
• Aboriginal Communities 
• People escaping Abuse/Violence 
• The Elderly 
• Families doing it tough

Donations to our cause will help do the following:

1. Rescue 8000+ kilos of perfectly edible food each month
2. Provide food to 16,000+ people in need each month
3. Offer a meaningful, accessible and inclusive way for 730+ volunteers to help their community
4. Work towards our growth strategy, allowing us to expand our impact and reach.
