In loving memory of Frank, we are supporting Bellarine Community Health and their Palliative Care team to raise critical funds 

The Palliative Care team of nurses led by Sue and Teresa did a wonderful job in assisting us to care for Frank, who wished to die at home. They were always courteous, kind and caring. Any concerns we had were heard and alleviated.

Frank trusted them with his life, and subsequently with his death.

All the team were respectful, and Frank never felt his dignity compromised. Without their assistance he would never have been able to pass at home, which would have impacted on the precious time we had with him.

We are so thankful and grateful for this amazing service provided by these wonderful women, that we are requesting donations to the Palliative Care Unit in lieu of flowers. This is befitting to Frank’s approach to life: looking out for the underdog, helping those with less opportunity, and fairness in all things, especially access to health.
