Fritz Family Foundation (FFF) supports initiatives and projects that foster opportunities for lifelong learning across generations. 

Its work focuses on three key areas: 

• Early Childhood Education – supporting community initiatives such as the Mittagong Community Playgroup and ensuring that vulnerable children have access to high-quality early learning experiences
• School Education – promoting critical thinking and essential skills among secondary students to help them engage meaningfully with the world
• Adult Education and Lifelong Learning – providing longevity-focused skill development and senior services to help adults and older Australians continue to learn, thrive and contribute to society.

The Foundation’s aim is to advance social welfare by supporting whole families – children, youth, parents and carers, and senior Australians.
