Full Circle Social Enterprises (FCSE) is an Australian-registered social enterprise and charity dedicated to expanding choice, agency, and opportunity for children and young people growing up within systems of inequality.

We exist because too many young people are born into circumstances where their futures are largely predetermined, not by their potential, but by poverty, gender, geography, stigma, and systemic exclusion. In these contexts, education often focuses narrowly on academic attainment, while the life skills, leadership capabilities, confidence, and support networks required to navigate complex worlds are left underdeveloped or inaccessible.

FCSE was founded on the belief that talent is universal, but opportunity is not.

Our mission is to co-design and deliver leadership, life skills, and employability pathways with under-resourced communities, enabling young people to build agency, confidence, and practical capabilities to navigate complex systems and pursue meaningful futures.

We do this by:

• Partnering deeply with schools and community organisations embedded in unequal systems
• Designing long-term, developmentally sequenced programs for students from early adolescence to early adulthood
• Embedding leadership education, life skills, mentoring, and career exploration into safe, trusted environments
• Supporting the broader ecosystem around young people,  including educators, mentors, families, and local leaders
• Measuring impact rigorously and learning continuously to strengthen outcomes over time
