100% of the funds raised will support vulnerable youth to access and sustain safe and stable housing by providing individualised transition to accommodation packages.  These packages will enable young people to buy the basics they need to live and make a home (their own kitchen utensils and crockery, bedding etc) and provide an initial food shop.
