The Blackburn Bursary Fund helps remove financial barriers that can prevent girls and young women from participating in Girl Guides Victoria. Through support with membership fees, uniforms, camps, events and activities, the fund helps ensure that more girls can take part in the opportunities and experiences Guiding offers.
