The Harding Miller Education Foundation was founded in 2015 and is the most generous academic scholarship programs available to high school girls in Australia. We support girls specifically who show high academic potential and are from low socioeconomic circusmtances and/or hardship. It aims to give them a leg up with $20,000 worth of tools and resources over four years, enabling them to not only complete high school but to reach their academic potential and build pathways to tertiary education and fullfilling careers. It gives them a level playing field with kids who are more well off.
The scholarships include a laptop, IT support, data, tutoring, online homework assistance, money for school essentials and a personal coach to guide them across the four years of the program until they complete high school. The girls are also part of the Harding Miller Enrichment Program where we partner and collaborate with corporate and commercial businesses across Australiato introduce our scholars to a world of career opportunities that they otherwise would not have been exposed to.
Since 2015 Harding Miller has awarded over 600 scholarships in every state and territory of Australia.
All gifts of financial donations and volunteer time are deeply valued and appreciated. Your gift will change a young girls life. You can donate through a single donation, a monthly donation, a full scholarship and as part of a community group supporting a full 4 year scholarship.
Below are some options for one off donations:
All full $20,000 scholarships over four years are matched by Harding Miller, ensuring that two girls receive this once in a lifetime opportunity thanks to your generosity. All regular donors, donors over $1000 a year and full scholarship supporters receive regular updates on their girls and full scholarship donors meet their scholars at our annual awards nights in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
