headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to young people aged 12–25.

headspace Osborne Park is one of the leading centres supporting young people across Perth’s North Metropolitan area. Each month, we deliver hundreds of occasions of service above the national average with the majority of young people voluntarily seeking support when they need it most.

Our holistic approach ensures young people can access a range of vital services in one place, including:

• Physical and sexual health services
• Alcohol and other drug support
• Work, education, and career assistance

With a strong focus on early intervention, we meet young people at a critical stage in their lives helping them get back on track and building the resilience and skills they need to manage their wellbeing into the future.
