headspace Port Macquarie offers young people aged 12-25 a welcoming environment where they can access confidential and free mental health support, health advice, and general information. We are a team of friendly workers who specialise in youth wellbeing. 

Our Services include:

• General health services (youth-friendly, free Doctors)
• Counselling & Mental Health Support
• Alcohol and Other Drug Services
• Vocational, Education & Training Support.

Why are we needed?

*75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25
*Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young Australians aged 15-24

How will your donation support young people in our area?

100% of donations support local health promotion and community awareness initiatives which:

• Encourage early help seeking
• Improving the mental health literacy
• Raise awareness about local headspace services
• Involve local youth in awareness raising projects
