After a long and challenging journey, we’re thrilled to share that our 33-acre Yarrambat redevelopment is finally complete! Our brand-new large-dog kennel block now adjoins the modern building we finished in 2021, creating a beautiful, connected space where up to 130 dogs can relax in the sun, snuggle up in their cosy indoor beds and enjoy the love, training and enrichment they receive every single day.
Whether they’re waiting for foster care, adoption, or they’re one of our harder-to-place long-term dogs, this upgraded facility gives every animal comfort, safety and a place that truly feels like home. None of this would have been possible without our incredible supporters.

But with a bigger, better shelter comes bigger daily costs — and we need your help to keep rescuing and rehoming more animals this Christmas.
