Living with a neurological condition or symptoms of a neurological condition can be an isolating, emotional and overwhelming experience. The impact can affect not only the individual but also their families, loved ones and carers. 

The Neurological Council of Western Australia is a not-for-profit organisation with an ethos of providing fair and equitable support - no matter the neurological condition, symptoms, personal circumstances or geography.  

Our services are available statewide via Telehealth, and our offices are located in Perth, Bunbury, Albany and Geraldton, with residential care and home visits available in these locations.

How we will use your donation

Your donation will go towards worthwhile causes, including:

• Information and counselling services for those newly diagnosed and living with a neurological condition;
• A nurse service for people with neurological conditions living in the community in regional Western Australia;
• Recreational and peer support for people with neurological conditions and their carers through our support group network;
• Networking and training opportunities for community neurological nurses in the sector;
• Advocacy for people with neurological conditions at an individual level and sector level; and
• Awareness-raising of neurological conditions, their prevalence and impact on individuals and the community.
