The Illuminate Adelaide Touring Collection aims to exist in the public realm and will include commissioning works of art of a temporary and touring focus taking varying models of presentation and form. 

The Collection will draw from Illuminate Adelaide’s programming focuses and seeks to engage visual artists, designers, architects, and multi-disciplinary creatives working at the precipice of new technologies and innovative spatial ideas.

Commissioned works will be based on traditional models of gallery and museum collecting practices, with the added models of commissioning and licensing based on that in theatre, and event production and with a proposed inclusion in the Collection of up to four years.

The Commissioning Collective: Donations from $5,000 will support the commissioning of works within The Illuminate Adelaide Collection, with donors receiving invitations to dedicated events supporting year-round engagement, creating opportunities to meet artists and build personal relationships with Illuminate Adelaide's Co-Founders and Creative Directors, mingle with likeminded individuals as well as hear Illuminate Adelaide's annual programming information before public announcements. 

Donors will receive direct benefits to the value of $1,200 (for up to two people), with the remaining donation a tax-deductible component.
