Here at Interchange Gippsland we strive to create and encourage an inclusive society and provide choice to people with disability. 

We provide services for people with disabilities of all ages who have NDIS funding. The types of support we provide include:

• one-to-one support (we match you with the right person to provide the support you need)
• activity programs (with a small group of people doing fun learning activities)
• support coordination services

To access Interchange Gippsland programs, you must have NDIS funding.

We work closely with you and your family at your home or out in the community. All our services are based on your individual needs and aspirations. We aim to create fun, meaningful experiences, to help you develop new skills and relationships so you can live your life as you would like to.

Our service area covers the local Government areas of Latrobe City, Baw Baw Shire, South Gippsland Shire, Bass Coast Shire and East Gippsland.
