About this cause

Have you ever considered the value of a cup of coffee?

I mean really considered the coffee’s worth?

Do you know what a difference one cup of coffee could make?

Or how quickly a drop becomes an ocean? Give a cup and find out.

Mums Supporting Families In Need Inc is a fully volunteer run service, providing Victoria's most disadvantaged families with quality material aid.

We believe no child should go without essentials, and every family should be able to provide the basics for their children.

We support at risk, in crisis, and disadvantaged families with:

- Safe sleeping spaces for babies and children

- Safe travel equipment for babies and children

- Safe feeding and care equipment for babies and children

- Linen for the whole family

- Clothing and footwear for the whole family

- Toiletries for the whole family

- Food for the whole family

At Christmas time we also distribute gifts to thousands of families who would otherwise not be able to provide their children with Christmas celebrations.

We currently assist over 70 community and government organisations to provide material aid support to over 130 different families every month. MSFIN receives no government funding or regular support. We rely on donations, fundraising, and sponsorship to keep our doors open. Our occupancy costs represent 67% of our operational expenses as we pay no wages or administrative labour costs.

Can you go without a coffee a week to ensure no child goes without essentials? Do you give a cup? #igiveacup
