At iHelp we work directly with individuals and organisations every day that are trying hard to bring about a better future for many people doing it tough in our community. 

We provide employment support, mentoring and social support in a holistic and culturally appropriate way. Working directly with individuals, employment providers, governments and businesses to address diversity and equity targets set to improve Indigenous employment outcomes. 

Many of our clients face extreme poverty, are at risk of homelessness, experience physical and mental health challenges that impact their ability to find and maintain meaningful employment. Our organisation is working to address these and other challenges on a daily basis and often fall short funding wise.

This is where OUR COMMUNITY come in!

A lot of the time we are filing in the cracks unfilled by mainstream established service providers and employers as they simply don't have the time or money nor cultural competencies to address issues themselves.

We know the right investment into someone's life at precisely the right time is key to ensuring a change to someone's life that will be indeed "life changing"... through achieving and maintaining employment!

Our aim is economic independence that leads to an individuals' capacity for self-determination. A Job, A Home, An Education.
