Who we are:
The Ireland Funds Australia is part of the global philanthropic network that is the Worldwide Ireland Funds. Established in 1987, we are a non-political, non-sectarian Australian charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission that funds community level projects in Ireland and in Australia.
We exist to help people less fortunate than ourselves by supporting projects that advance and promote education, for example life changing scholarships; peace & reconciliation supporting integrated education in Northern Ireland and vital projects in the indigenous community in Australia; community development doing our bit to knit together the social fabric of society; and arts & culture.
How you can help:
No donation is too small. Without your support we wouldn't be able to have the life changing impact on these vital projects that we do.
All Donations over $2 are tax deductible.
We are very proud of the work we do, bringing people together at our events in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to not only network and connect with each other, but to also have some fun safe in the knowledge we are doing something good, we are giving back to people who need a leg up and some hope!
Become a Women In Leadership & Philanthropy 100 Club Member
Donate $100 per month ($1200 annually) to support promising young women with the No Mind Left Behind scholarship program.
We are so very grateful to Dermot Kennedy for naming us as his charity partner for his MISNEACH Concert in Sydney on 16 March 2025.
