Knox Infolink is an organisation of volunteers and staff supporting the local community of Knox.

We offer FREE, non-judgemental, confidential and practical support to the community of Knox. 

We respond and work with each individual and household, according to where they are at, seeking to support them to move out of poverty. This support looks different for every person, but the support we offer can include: 

Immediate emergency relief items: Food Parcels, Meat, Toiletries, Nappies, Pet  Food, Phone and MYKI top up, Chemist vouchers, Op Shop vouchers, Access to Showers, Education Assistance. 

Information and Referral: A conversation with one of our skilled interviewers to discover what local services can best support.  

A variety of Community Building and Support projects: Connecting Kids to Knox Project (supporting children in financial struggling families to access local sport and other leisure activities), Energy Assistance Project, our weekday Community Breakfast Program, Short term Case Work, Knox Community Christmas Support Project, Mail Holding Service, Tax Help project.
