This fund exists to benefit Layton Smith who was born in 2002.  

Layton suffered catastrophic injuries in a car accident when he was 2 years of age.  

In 2018 The Layton Smith Neccessitous Circumstances Fund was established to benefit Layton.  Your donation will assist Layton in being able to live in a comfortable environment surrounded by his family with the appropriate level of care he requires.
