What we do

Life Education is a children´s charity that provides health, drug and alcohol education to empower kids to make safe and healthy choices by delivering high quality, specialised health education programs in a fun learning style with age appropriate material.

Life Education works in a unique partnership with parents and teachers to reinforce learning about healthy food choices, the benefits of physical activity, staying safe online, the dangers of smoking, alcohol and illegal drugs, and strategies to cope with peer and social pressures.

More than six million Australians fondly remember Life Education´s Healthy Harold the giraffe, Australia´s most recognised and loved educational mascot for children.

But being a charity, Life Education relies on community support from people just like you to help maintain their vital service.

What can you do?

$18.00 will empower 1 child by attending a class.

$54.00 will empower 3 children by attending a vital Life Education lesson.

$95.00 will provide 300 workbooks for children attending a Life Education classes.

$588.00 will support Life Education to deliver health and drug education to a small regional Queensland school.

$900.00 will subsidise one child every day of the school year to make healthier, safer choices.

$100,000.00 is the cost of a new mobile classroom that will empower around 9,000 children every year.
