Early parenting can be joyful, but it can also be lonely. LinC Play Yarra Junction is a welcoming, volunteer-run playgroup for young children and their parents and carers. It offers a simple, friendly space where children can play safely, families can meet others locally, and connection can happen naturally, without pressure.
The playgroup runs on Fridays from 9.30am to 11.30am during the school term.
LinC Play is run entirely by volunteers. There are no paid staff behind the program, but there are still real weekly costs. We need community support to help cover venue hire, replenish craft and play materials, and keep the room clean, welcoming and ready for local families each week.
