Leadership Victoria scholarships enable people from marginalised communities to undertake Leadership Victoria’s programs, developing leadership capability across Victoria’s richly diverse communities, and ensuring more mainstream leaders gain exposure to diverse perspectives.
In 2025, the generous support of donors and partners has allowed Leadership Victoria to provide scholarships to the Williamson Community Leadership Program to 12 leaders from, or working with, marginalised communities. Without this support these leaders would not be able to benefit from the opportunity our programs provide and the impact they have on community, Victoria and beyond.
LVF offer scholarships to four key groups, and recipients must be able to demonstrate a financial need. These are:

Our Jeff Robinson Memorial Scholarship Fund recognises the life and leadership of Williamson Fellow '05 and sustainability sector giant Jeff Robinson, and enables sustainability sector leaders to particpate in the Williamson Community Leadership Program or other Leadership Victoria programs. Our Cultural & Linguistically Diverse Women's Leadership Fund is a partnership between Leadership Victoria and CALD2LEAD (an initiative established by LV Alumni) that enables Culturally & Linguistically Diverse (CALD) woman leaders to attend LV's Women's Leadership Program.
