"If your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough."

This year, I'm taking on one of my biggest challenges yet - running the Sydney Marathon, my very first World Marathon Major.

But this run is about far more than crossing the finish line.

I'm running to raise funds for Ocean Heroes, an incredible organisation that empowers young people through surfing and connection, because it aligns perfectly with a belief that has guided me for many years:

"Investing in the youth means investing in the future."

This is just the beginning of a much bigger journey. My mission is to complete all 8 World Marathon Majors - and perhaps even 9, with the exciting prospect of Shanghai joining the series in the future.

Every marathon will represent more than a personal challenge. It will be an opportunity to inspire young people to dream bigger, push beyond their limits, and give back by raising funds for organisations that create lasting impact in our communities.

Every kilometre I run is a reminder that purpose is greater than personal achievement. Together, we can help create opportunities for the next generation to thrive.
