Northern District Community Health (NDCH) is an independent, not-for-profit community health service with centres in Kerang, Cohuna, Boort, Pyramid Hill, Quambatook and Swan Hill. We serve the Gannawarra Shire, northern Loddon Shire, and some areas of the Buloke Shire.

As a not-for-profit, a large part of our funding comes from government grants, fundraising, and donations from people like you. While government funding supports many services, it doesn’t fully cover the cost of delivering all the health and wellbeing services our community needs — which is where your support makes a real difference.
