Northern Rivers Community Legal Centre (NRCLC) commenced operations in 1996 and assists people throughout the Northern Rivers region of NSW with legal, tenancy and domestic and family violence services. The centre covers an area from Tweed Heads in the north to Grafton in the south and west to Drake. NRCLC has offices in Lismore and Murwillumbah and conducts outreach visits in the Tweed Valley, Casino, Grafton and Kyogle. The centre has a focus on early intervention, particularly in family and care and protection, to prevent legal issues spiralling out of control.
