About this cause

Like every rescue and shelter in WA, Oldies But Goodies Dog Rescue Inc. is overwhelmed with requests to help dogs in need.

Many dogs are surrendered due to rental restrictions, housing insecurity, rising living costs, illness, bereavement, or major family changes. We also work closely with local pounds and veterinarians to save dogs at risk of euthanasia.

Founded by Natalie Plunkett, who has more than 20 years of rescue experience, Oldies But Goodies is a Perth-based foster rescue dedicated to senior dogs and those with complex medical or behavioural needs - dogs often overlooked by others.

Our greatest challenge is funding veterinary care. Every dog requires a health assessment, and many need desexing, vaccinations, dental treatment, or ongoing care for existing medical conditions.

Although our partner vets provide generous rescue rates, the costs are relentless.

By becoming a regular donor, you can help give these vulnerable dogs the care, comfort, and second chance they deserve.

Every dollar goes directly towards essential veterinary treatment for dogs in foster care and preparing them for adoption into loving homes.

Your support changes lives - help us to help them one dog at a time.
