Odyssey Victoria is an alcohol and other drug agency that provides opportunities for change and growth by reducing drug use, improving mental health, and reconnecting people to their family and the community.
Over the last 45 years, Odyssey Victoria has worked with families, young people and children. We provide both residential and community-based services. We offer parents the opportunity to bring their children to live with them while they go through the residential rehabilitation program. This allows families and single parents the chance to stay together with their children.
Odyssey House Victoria's current programs include:
A residential Rehabilitation Therapeutic Community (TC) in Metro Melbourne, for adults, couples, families with children up to age 12
Residential Rehabilitation Therapeutic Communities in the Bairnsdale and Benalla regions
Intensive Day Rehabilitation program for adults
Community-based assessment, treatment, support and referral services for adults and youths in Melbourne metro region, Goulburn Valley and Barwon
Adult drug and alcohol counselling and support at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre, Melbourne Magistrates Court, Koori Court and Dame Phyllis Frost Centre
Children, Youth and Family specific drug and alcohol services including intensive outreach, family reunification and in-school early intervention, education and support
Registered Training Organisation (includes Drink & Drug Driving Behaviour Change, accredited Cert IV and AOD plus customised training to the sector)
Aboriginal Metro Ice program providing intensive support in the NW region
Counselling and support to multi-cultural communities
Specialist programs including Family Violence, overdose prevention and programs for the Muslim and African communities.
