End of Year Donations Appeal - 2026

About this cause

We are so lucky to have a healthy local population of both the Black-footed Rock-wallabies and Euros (hill kangaroos) living in the ranges surrounding the Garden. Sadly, wild dogs are increasingly threatening these beautiful animals, chasing and killing them in the area.

This EOFY, we're asking for your support in protecting these precious endangered animals.

Alongside other major threats such as buffel grass and wildfire, predation by wild dogs puts additional pressure on an already vulnerable species. While we are working closely with the relevant authorities, we urgently need funding to purchase humane dog traps and other equipment to support our conservation efforts.

Our goal is to raise $3,000 before the end of the financial year.

Every donation, large or small, will help us protect these remarkable animals and the unique environment they call home.
