Open Hands Community Care(OHCC) is a not-for-profit charity organisation which exists to transform the well-being and quality of life of our community, one life at a time!

We are committed to providing services and opportunities to create equity & justice for all.

As an organisation we cater to the various and diverse needs of our community via the provision of the following comprehensive and integrated services:

1. Emergency food relief hampers, free and low costs groceries and household items at our "Neighbourhood Marketplace", supporting upwards of 450 households across the SEQ, week in and week out.
2. Community & CALD Supports
3. Disability Support Services: OHCC is a Registered-NDIS Service Provider, catering to our Aged and Disabled members of the community,
4. Outreach Supports, locally & internationally.

Our Goal

As a support service organisation, we’re here to address the social barriers and gaps currently being faced by walking along side members of our community and giving them a voice. We support, value and respect our clients, ensuring they have access to meaningful connections and supports.
